    No and they are counter productive. the only thing that removes cellulite long-term is high intensity cardio over time and until you die... It is a lifelong maintenance program. Swimming is a good means for off days. Without the high movement burn, you will get nowhere except for enlarging the size and clarity of the dimples. Guys get it too !!!

    Yeah my BDSM Sub below used to be 135 lbs (at 5'3) with some cellulite.
    I FORCED her to lose the weight with some bodyweight movements like body squats and then had her walk 5,000 to 10,000 steps every day. She's now down to 108 and the cellulite isn't even noticeable anymore. This is her below

    you can’t get rid of them completely but can minimize it. I did stairs 50 floors a day before. It helped me lose fat and tone my thighs. I still do stairs today. I used to be size 10, now I’m size 0 or double 0 depends on the brand. Also calf raises, leg workouts, exercise bands and yes squats. Anything involving legs 🦵

    Not really. I've been working out for a bout three years and I still have some cellulite. It will improve its aspect but you would need to be extremely disciplined with your diet for it to completely go away

    Weight loss reduces cellulite.
    You can do squats all day long and although your physical condition will improve, the cottage cheese won't go away until the layers of fat are gone.
