Are you counting the bar? Because squatting ~22 pounds (10kg) is less than what a first day gym member could do.
And before I got tendonitis in my knee, I was doing 3 12-rep sets @ 225 pounds (~102kg). I was pretty happy with that, considering I am only 150 pounds. I believe at that time, I was just getting into the 145 range and peaked off at 153. But that was like 2 or so months ago.

I don t have strong legs so I only can squat below parallel about 135 lbs or approx 62 Kg for 5 or 6 reps. Unfortunately I have not trained legs much due to some previous injuries. girlfriend trains legs a ton so she squats 185 lbs or 85 Kg for reps of 8 to 10 so she woops my ass in lower body strength.
I don't squat with lifts. I just squat for 5 minutes straight till my knees begin to hurt (I have a small disformation in my knees). Squatting doesn't do much for me, but I'm also not a fitness freak honestly.
70lbs when I lifted- it was for 6-8 reps for 3 sets, then I didn't have a squat rack available so my progress stopped and I lift solo so I need to take precautions.
I squat 170lbs/77kgs :)
good for you though! building up weights take time but it's so fulfilling. You're doing great for 15

congrats on the 65 lbs, any improvement is still improvement! 245lbs repping, no max.
133.8kg. I'm in the US so it is 295lbs. I want to hit 315lbs but it is gonna take a while for that and I have been working on deadlifting mostly anyway. I'm at 190kg/419lbs with that. I have to be careful with my back so I'm starting to get familiar with a lifting belt now.
hmm, ever, 275lbs,
right now i squat like 225 for 10reps
I never did a max squat because, i never had a training partner who itrusted to spot me :/
My max deadlift was 315lbs lolI squat with a little bit more than a typical bodyweight, so i know i can carry someone. I use 70 kg and do 4 series of 10 reps.
90lbs plus the weight of he bar, which I'm not sure what that is? I don't squat though. It's useless and my knees do matter to me.
I'm really proud of my self too, because I can finally do maybe 15-20 kg , but around four months ago I did 10 like you o keep up. You're doing great.
I never tried to do one very difficult squat. I usually use 15 kg for 5-8 reps and 5 sets, which is of a moderate difficulty for me.
I do very good squats at 135 pounds. Any more than that and I feel like my form starts to suffer but I'm working on it.
I don't squat with weights, but I was up to 140 squats a day before my knee got messed up. May not seem like a lot but that was a major moment for me!
Unfortunately I'm more flabulous than fabulous, so I cannot squat with any weight I'd say ;(
I had to start all over again Since having kids. Now I'm at 40 Lbs.
I can squat about 325lbs (148kg) regular and 365lbs (166kg) with a box. My goal is 405lbs (184kg) regular in the eventual future.
I did 100 last year, not much change in my body but it was a good work out
1 Rep max atm is 110kg (245lbs) but I'm improving every week.. :)
And as someone pointed out I don't think it is possible to squat below 20kg if you're using a normal barbell! ^^For maybe 5 to 10 mins then my legs start getting sore
That's wonderful chica, I'm proud of you, really wish more girls would do so
I usually squat around 315lbs, which is like 143kg's220lbs, finally back to my highschool weight. So about 99kg
I don't know what my 1 rep max is, but for sets of 12 I do 225 lbs (102.5 kg).
I generally squat around 150-170lbs, you 10kgs isn't bad keep up the good work, you'll get stronger.
I only squat to take a poop... otherwise I have no idea
