In terms of pounds or KG I don't know, but I routinely do some (literally) dead weight heavy lifting as needed. Not for long stretches, but I can get it done: I know a thing or two because I've done it a time or two.

I can squat before throwing you, not sure where to buy you can figure it out when you land
- +1 y
I'll continue squatting then on my way to get some coffee while you're still flying in the air

I've thrown my teddy bears across the room when I was a little kid, doing the same with someone just as small a decade later shouldn't be much of a difference
- +1 y
So you don't want to be thrown?
- +1 y
The treed will catch you
- +1 y
Ok fine, even better, I'll throw you into someone's window so we can steal their cookies

Get the broom and knock it down, anything equivalent if there's no broom

+1 yI have a reconstructed knee from when I got hit by a car, so I max out at only about 300. Might sound like a lot to some, but at 6'2 and around 200 it should be more.
11 Reply 3.3K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. At one time I could squat twice my own body weight. Due to injuries & spinal surgery I haven't gone for large weights in some time now.

4.9K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I was squatting 225 20 years ago. I never really squatted a lot because I am a distance runner but I started because I wanted to start running again and was trying to develop some leg strength.

Fyl pauly strength isn't based of weight lifted but how much you lift compared to your body weight.
Like I'm 110 squating 200 lifting 1.81 times my body weight.
So let's pretend you weight 70lbs and if you squat 126 lbs we would be equal strength.
Also we would be equal strength to a 200lbs person who squats 362lbs - +1 y
You’re both buff to me, regardless.
+1 yWhen I still worked out I was squatting 200 pounds
