Just my own body weight at the moment. My knees are in recovery.
Plus the movement never felt natural to me. I have stupidly long femurs, as it turns out. Which means it's impossible for me to have an uprightish back, and I need a wider stance.

I don’t do squats, I do arm lifts and walking. I do not have a personal trainer and I am worried I will do the exercise wrong and injure myself so I avoid posture sensitive exercises, like squats.
