How should I let my wife know she's appreciated when she's taking care of me after surgery, and make it special with virtually no money?

I just want ideas on how to show how thankful I am for my wife helping me through post operation. I'm not able to lift much, if anything, and am not very mobile just yet. We are broke. I needed a emergency surgery that fixed certain sepsis

I go back to my job next Thursday. I should be healed enough according to a highly revered, class a surgeon in my area. I didn't want anyone thinking I'm not a working man. Just didn't qualify for a paid medical leave in my state just yet. 1250 hours required. Fairly new job
