Sports bra and yoga pants, is this okay?

I was working today...I saw a woman who was wearing JUST a sports bra, her yoga pants and a pair of running shoes..she obviously had just gotten back from doing some exercising..but I work in a LIBRARY..

So my question is..was this acceptable?..her stomach was showing and you could see the bottom of her legs...plus there was a ton of cleavage

I never said I did not like it..I am asking if it is simply "acceptable for that type of environment"?

My one friend dress like this all the time. She runs everywhere. Literally everywhere. Going from her apartment to the library? Gonna run there. Going from the library to the grocery store? Gonna run there. She gets a lot of looks from passersby and gets hit on a lot, so I guess it's acceptable where I'm from.

Not acceptable, I don't understand girls who only wear sports bras anyways. They are meant for under clothes not to be worn as clothing, especially not to a library.

Has Has it's a common outfits in most countries, to me nothing wrong.
My girlfriend and her mother were too for grocery shopping and outdoor coffee so on because both of them light body sexy shape.
