How do you deal with waking up sore?

Pain is treated two ways by the healthcare industry. It is often treated for the primary cause - inflammation t the locus of pain or it mutes the pain signals that reach the brain which is how opioids treat it. Five years ago you could probably have gotten an open Rx for hydrocodone (Vicodin) which has been changed from CIII to CII making prescriptions non-refillable though you probably couldn't find an MD anymore to write one. It used to be the most prescribed drug in the US and is now impossible to get due to recent legislation. Oxycodone (Percodan or Oxycontin were always CII and required a triplicate Rx) Though enough of it was prescribed to make the Sickler family wealthy for many generations sounds like inflammation which is a condition that most of the population has and many have immune systems that are over compensating for inflammation like Lupus & Rheumatoid Arthritis and other nasty conditions. Inflammation in general is behind many other conditions thought to be fatal, eg. sclerotic arteries and some forms of cholesterol. That could have been avoided if inflammation was treated early & effectively Maybe supplements like chondroitin and the one that usually goes with it, Glucosamine both are widely used for arthritis type pain. Also try taking smaller doses & see if you might get relief from baby aspirin which re usually 81mg of aspirin instead of the adult dosage pf 325mg. Maybe an MD would prescribe some NSAID ( non steroidal anti-inflammatory) which is basically what aspirin is. Though Motrin is more specifically an NSAID that used to be Rx only and for large doses still are eg. 800 mg. Junk food- esp high in trans fats, sugar or sweetener, saturated fats are said to increase inflammation. Other supplements with some substantiated claims for anti-inflammatory properties include Cucurmin ( the essence of common kitchen spice Turmeric) Fish Oil, Green Tea extract are 3 commonly used ones. Using supplements means paying attention to manufacturer's reputation as they are not covered by the FDA regulations that cover drugs. It's nit usually the cheapest that have any effect so they can get pricey quickly. If you consume alcohol, red wine is supposed to be a good source of them. Of course the foods that are highest in these compounds are also considered good sources of anti-inflammatories, e. g. salmon, cruciferous vegetables. Hope some of this helps
Check out the mattress you sleep on. It's a myth that a form mattress is better - it depends on why you're sore. I need a soft mattress because of a spine condition. Sleeping on a firm mattress leaves me in too much pain to function.
Talk to a doctor about chronic pain. Something like amytriptaline, which is an antidepressant, actually has analgesic effect in low, consistent doses but isn't addictive.
I've lived with chronic pain since I was 17. Over 30 years now. I wish someone had told me to see a doctor about it when I was younger. Don't do what I have done!
Sore from wut? Looking at ur phone all day? When I was 20, I knew my back hurt, but my attention was more on boys and having fun! Now I’m 37 and have serious back issues, but that happens. U r too young! If u sit on the damn computer and phone all day, ur gna have arthritis before ur my age! Ur slim. Go jogging or walking around. Yoga.
Sore from sleeping? My body is sore too, but it's usually from sleeping late. I just take a power nap after sleeping haha! Ever since I slept early I had a good sleep. Going outside for a walk after waking up works as well and eating energizing fruits like banana, oranges, papaya. Stay hydrated too. ❤️

I do but I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
After you exercise hard, take a recovery walk or ride bike with no resistance to work the lactic acid out. if it's legs, prob your legs up and massage so gets the acid out.
ice can help.
otherwise, you just keep moving or rest. rest is the cure.
If you work out and you always walk up sore, unless you are doing something new everyday, I would check your workout routine and form. Because at some point your muscles should get use to the workouts, especially when you are doing similar repetitive motions for weeks on end. I don't know, might be a different person thing. But I don’t get super sore when I workout unless I change up my routine, which I do every couple of months.
Try using a weighted blanket when you sleep. I started using one and stopped waking up physically tired. It decreases your movements while asleep giving you a more restful sleep. The pain you have in the mornings may be due to moving while asleep. A weighted blanket stops or decreases said movements.
Try to determine what might be making you sore is the start. Hydration before bedtime would certainly help, and stretching before bedtime might improve your situation.
Sore from what? Everyday? Take warm baths 🛀 with bath salts for sore muscles and pat some rubbing alcohol on your sore area after patting yourself dry from the bath. Hope that helps.
wonder how I slept, find out later in the day and just keep moving on. Usually if it's not too bad, i let it be
What are you doing that makes you sore?
You're cute by the way, wish I could make you sore. lolz
Start taking Vitamin D3 every day or multi vitamins , your body might not be getting the nutrients it needs
Depends on what's sore and why. Stretch a little, drink lots of water if my muscles are sore from working out. If my cock is sore; that can be solved with a bit of lotion and soft underwear.
In my case I take it as I really haven't been drinking enough water and start just guzzling a like few lieters full XD.
What soreness are we talking about here?
Is it the regular pounding soreness or the lack of sleep soreness
For regular pounding - sitting in a warm water tub should help it
For lack of sleep soreness - You need some regular pounding to get a good sleep which will reduce the soreness.
Hope this helps cuteeee!!!
I am an athlete so I wake up sore all the time what I usually do is complain to my parents or someone after I do that for a few hours I eventually get tired of complaining so I just deal with it.
Yes, pain is a big problem. Where exactly does your body hurt? For example, my legs always hurt, not only in the morning but also during the day. Also my back hurts. I don't do much to relieve the pain. where does your it hurt?
Depends.. what kind of sore are u talking about here. But healthy lifestyle will help..
Heat and cryotherapy ( hot/cold showers )
stretching
also check your mattress you probably need a new one or a different kind.
If my muscles are sore I may take Advil if something else is sore I probably will just take it easy.
Maybe it's your bed that needs to be replaced. I used to sleep on a bed that was hard and woke up sore. Got a better mattress and feel better in the morning.
I wake up the same way every day. For me it's from physically abusing my body all these years. I take cbd oil every morning to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. I've been doing it for 2 years now.
Go back to bed and sleep till I am no longer sore 😜😂
Stretching is great! I think it’s wise to not get yourself reliant on pills if not needed. It’s normal to be a bit sore and stiff in the morning.
Get up and start out slowly.
Pretty quickly I'm up to speed.
You're awfully young to be waking up "sore". Is it due to too much partying?
Hot baths, especially with Epsom salts, are great
Sore from what weight training if you’re consistent and in shape you will no longer be sore
I stretch everyday... Dr. Kristie Ennis> You Tube she is nice and has many videos on stretching and exercise
Stretch yoga! Or tiger balm. No pills. Even smoking a joint. Hot showers. Massage.
ask your doctor. how long has it been going on for? have you lifted anything heavy? it could be an underlying issue with your body best to get it checked out
A warm shower. But - if this is happening every day at your age, you need to see a doctor.
If you're sore you're sore. Try doing some lite cardio
Just rub it out or maybe just rub one off and you will feel better…. ;)
If you want to avoid advil. Stretching and heat to the area
Drink water and walk , movement helps you heal.
I find a bit of magnesium helps, but stretching is good
Stretching and muscle spray if still sore then painkillers or whisky or both
Yes u have to relax ur muscles try masturbation whsn u wake up to ease ypur body muscles
Ask your doctor. 🤓
