I used to do plyometrics (mainly for explosive leaping). Now I pretty much do just general strength condition. And if i'm being really honest i ain't doing anything really more than cardio for the last yr. Last year breaking my foot really slowed me down.

exercising your neck is vital though... especially if you're into MMA and stuff

Myself, I regularly challenge my pelvic muscles and the area where a sixpack could have been.
I actually think thatās pretty smart. Especially if your gym doesnāt have equipment that meets your needs.
I do an HIIT workout using a stationary bike, stair climber or elliptical machine. I also to weight traing with free weights or machines.
