You could do it with a combination of stairs, and chairs and then mobilizing your bench press shape up and down with free hand weights. There are examples online. I recommend video taping the videos and cutting out dialogue cause a lot of them talk for 10 or 20 minutes before cutting to the exercise video because they want you to pay for proper exercise tips since normal people don't want to watch 20 minutes of video before getting to the work outs they share. Or you could screen shot the work outs slide by slide and cut and paste them into Microsoft word and print it out.

Kettlebell swings gave me a giant butt and I wasn't even trying to get one... I was just trying to get in some cardio because I don't have the neighborhood, noise freedom, or the space to do most things cardio.

Now chicks are always squeezing my butt or slapping it. They really seem to like it.

Other than that maybe deadlifts and squats... I never bothered with that though until I started wanting legs to at least match my arms.
