What do you do when your tired but can't fall asleep?

It’s not about being tired. It’s about your sleep schedule.

If you run a marathon right after waking up in the morning and end up huffing and puffing like a dog, do you think you can immediately go to sleep after that?

If you wanna sleep early then you have to wake up early. When you wake up early, your body will go to sleep early.

If you went to sleep at 4 in the morning and woke up at 2pm, you won’t be able to go to bed at 10pm the next time because your body just isn’t accustomed to sleeping at this time.

I like watching or listening to scrapbooking asmr usually or something similar. I love the sounds. It gets me sleepy. 😊
