How to start the day?

Just start a healthy routine. I pretty much do the same thing daily, from getting ready to what I eat (no I don't eat the same thing everyday).

It is about getting into healthy and good habits and sticking with them. You can just sit down and make a list on paper or even your phone of what you are going to do, step by step.

If you stick to your plan, it becomes a routine that you really don't even think about. I get up, get cleaned up and then eat a healthy breakfast. After that, I browse the news and weather.

Most days, I would go to work. That is when the routine gets thrown off a bit because work can be unpredictable. Once I get home, it is exercise, shower and then relax. I like to cook, so that is a bit of a stress reliever/outlet for me.

Make sure you include things in your daily routine like that. Things that make you happy or reduce stress. That will help keep you balanced and in some ways sane from all the things you can't control.

To have a certain discipline, you have to start by making a plan for the day and adhere to it. The second you veer off the plan you fail.

Start your plan with the waking up time, the chores, the duties, what to eat, when to do things, the budget plan, a dress code, TV times, bed time and about everything that you think you need to remain disciplined.

It may be too much to want to do everything at once, therefore, concentrate on those items that are most important to you such as budget planning and food consumption. Once you master those items, progressively continue by adding more items to your list until it becomes naturally to you and you don't deviate from your daily plan.

I think the easiest approach is really to make a schedule and stick to it. Include relaxation, recreation and alike. Adherence to that becomes discipline in the end even if it is not challenging. Start easy.

An ideal start to a day in my view? Morning jog. Steamy shower. Solid breakfast. Ready to tackle near anything after that.

Exercise!

Seriously, if you really want to learn self discipline, take up working out first thing in the morning. It teaches you how to get out of bed early, helps with focus, motivation, and believe it or not, you do feel better after you're done.

I exercise every morning prior to work. It's hard some days getting out of bed, but once you're done, you feel great. Been doing it for years and now it's part of my daily regime.

Dont use mobile early morning do yoga on start pranayam prefferably ( its meditative breathing ) for 10 to 15 mins then shower have breakfast make plan and get on grind. Have a goal of what u want and go towards it set realistic goals with rests and ur good to go.
