Why are nurses so shocked and offensive?

They see me and my blood pressure and vitals.

They say all my vitals are perfect.

But once they calculate my height and weight they all do this head jerk back like they are shocked.

It's totally offensive that every nurse does this to me.

I'm 5'3 260. I carry my weight well and you wouldn't even know I weighed that much.

But it's like WHYYYY

5'3" at 260... what are you an Eskimo? That sounds fucking massive. I know genetics plays a role though. I'm your average 6 pack muscle dude at 5'9" and I can push my weight close to 200 and people don't believe I weigh that much. I input my data into a BMI thingie and it shows me some beer gut guy and it says I'm about to die and probably have the diabetus.

Honestly I dont look like I'm 500 I look decent and men literally drool over me everyday at the gym. I'm not disgusting look at all I can show photos

310... damn, I need to take pointers from you on how to do it right. I just suck at squatting for some reason. I've had to resort to front squats just so I can go ass to grass, but I can only do less weight like that. I've bought the hex bar, a weight cage, and all of the stuff... I just suck. I wanna DM you and get pointers on how to even get to 200 for reals.

It's sad that I can bench more than I can squat.

I'm serious... I need advice. I've found sitting for 2 minutes per day in a squat position has helped. I do massive amounts of weight with leg extensions. Should I just start doing them every day like with running? What could help?

Hey, yea I can for sure hit you up. I'm actually sick with covid right now so I won't be really responsive right now. Honestly. Making your ass as tight as possible will help you run faster higher and support leg strength as well. So using step ups like box's. Jumping those. Using your natural weight. Dead lifts really helped me. Running. Training on sprints. Like I just magically lifted 300 out of nowhere i barely did weight training. So I'm just as shocked as you are

I did more bar bell stuff than squats in highschool. But do your normal routine. I don't think straining yourself for 2 minutes will help in the long run. You body loves rest as well that's how we build the muscle too

Because that according to medical research is it an ideal weight for your heigh. I’d say you’re considered morbidly obese. Maybe they’re shocked because your BO isn’t that bad considering your size. Which I mean I’ve seen people twice as big as me w a BP better than me. I guess some people assume that because you’re big they expect you to have hypertension.

What else would you expect? despite what you've been told, they aren't their to promote health or anything else beneficial. There may be a few good ones, but most of them aren't. if people realized what the health system was really all about, they would be the ones jerking their heads back in disbelief.

Some women do hold their weight very well indeed, I've seen a few at work. A nice bounce as they walk...
