Everyone talks about adhd and autism. But Why does No one talks about Audhd ( autsim and adhd combo and overlap)?

Why does No one talk about the autism and adhd overlap. It sometimes feels like a whole New diagnosis. Sometimes i feel too autistic to be adhd, and too adhd to be autistic.

the overlap is sooo hard. Yk when the adhd is panicking bc “something just need to happen” (impulsitivity) and my autism panicking bc i hate change. Then you Can have a meltdown over it. Ofc the police get involved and removes me from my Home.
