When I'm stressed I'll try and eliminate the stress. Now my anger is a whole different thing. I have a horrible temper when pushed. It takes a lot to get me there but when I do I explode. I walk away when I'm really mad so I I do not say things I don't mean. I get nasty at times. Ugh I'm working on it
Well try to identify what is stressing me and then do something about it or put it into perspective. Ignoring the stressors never helps. Chatting with my Bestie works too. I also like to use exercise as a good way to release stress... also I cannot lie a well timed glass of wine helps too lol
I take it out on deserving people or Things I also have a punching bag So there’s that.

For me, I handle stress by doing things that make me feel happy.
And I handle anger by taking a step back from the situation and taking a few deep breaths and allowing the hot emotions to fade so that I can then think about the situation logically.

if it involves a situation I can help with, I try to make myself useful
if it’s bc I don’t understand something, I educate myself
I usely exercise or take on big projects if the weather is good. Otherwise I put in my headphones and stay away from others tell I'm no longer angry or stress.
I convince myself that some things are out of my control, I don't take things personally, and I find relaxing things to do.
Simple, you live a life that is enjoyable so that you aren't stressed.
I go into the music room and play something. Sometimes more aggressively than intended.
remember my environment and rethink my reaction.
Go into my room, drink a water, put on airpods and listening music
Caffeine. I try to find healthy ways to get my emotions out.
I just try and retreat to a quiet place and calm down
I handle stress by just moving forward, I deal with anger by working out. Well actually I kind of bottle up anger and then go hardcore during my workout especially if I hot the punching bag.
A good sex and being loved solve almost every problem :)
I never store anger I just take it out at the same time.
For anger I go for a walk. Sex when stressing with my female companion.
I play with the kittens...
Usually pound the hell out of my wife
