I think they are ribs! It is a bit difficult to tell from this distance though.

Well, if it feels sharp and hard, its probably just your ribs. Other than that, maybe its abs? You would need a better picture than this though. Something more up close so people can actually see what it is.
It's very clearly the bottom of your ribs. You can probably see them more prominently when laying down, sucking in or exerting energy. They're definitely not abs as they're the wrong spot
