
How do you calm down when you're angry?


In the short term, I make a conscious effort to think about something else or do something to keep myself busy. In the long term, I just tire myself out. Like if I'm laying in bed at night and getting angry thinking about something that happened earlier, I get out of bed and do push ups or go out for a quick jog or something. Any kind of physical activity.
Remove myself and be alone until Im level headed.
Train yourself not to get to the point of anger. Maturity.
