Should I dye my hair or not?

Several months ago I had purple peek-a-boo highlights put in my hair. Now they have faded and I have yellow/golden strands where all the purple was lol (I think you can see them in my profile pic). I'm trying to grow my hair back out to about boob length...a little longer. My hair isn't too healthy because of the dye but I think the golden strands look odd so I'm thinking about dying my hair one last time back to my natural dark brown.

So, the question is: should I dye my hair back to dark brown or should I leave it the way it is and just wait for the gold to grow out and slowly trim it off?

you can take little pill thingies to help your hair grow faster and health

if you let it grow with the gold eventually it will look weird having them start half way down your hair but for a while you can leave them there if you like them

Dyeing your hair doesn't damage it, its the bleach that does. So there's no harm in redyeing it
