Am I a alcoholic if I have 3 glasses of wine on a Sunday after work?

Usually every Sunday I’ll have 2 glasses or 3 of white wine just because I like too as my day off is usually Monday. Does this make me a alcoholic? Sometimes I end up having a bottle but rarely?

No, you're not. If the alcohol starts to interfere with other areas of your life or your life revolves around the alcohol then that might be a problem. Or if you can't stop. But you sound fine.

You have a limit and you don't drink every day so I really don't think you are an alcoholic. If you drank a bottle of wine every day then you would definitely be an alcoholic
