Absolutely you can. But you’ll need to put in the work. Losing weight is about caloric intake. If your calories you consume are are lower than what your basal metabolic rate is, then you will lose weight. So go find a basal metabolic rate calculator online, and get that number. And start eating less calories than that. Then you need to workout, start lifting weights and going on walks. And you will start seeing great changes if u do this all consistently.

It is better to not do surgery. Yes and you will see big results on front end. It will taper off and you will get depressed and are at risk for eating poorly again. Diet must change. Beer, Snacks, Frozen Foods, and high carbs items are to be removed from diet. High protein in meats and beans.

Of course, just make sure to move everyday, drink water and start counting your calories and reduce the intake of calories, eat healthy on a regular basis and like 90% of your time, stop eating Junkfood and sweet on a regular basis and well keep it up and stay consistent.

yeah but the problem will be the loose skin after because the elasticity might not be there depending on how much weight you lose and how fast you lose it
