    I like to do improvisations but my biggest thing is "no pain, no gain". Always pushing myself to the extremes. That sort of thing. I don't really have an organization to it though. I just make sure to do everything when I try to the extremes.

    Yes, doing both gives you quick results. If your aim is to loose weight eat at calorie deficit and workout to shape your body. Eating food with lot of protein will keep you full and also help in muscle growth.

    I include HIIT training and resistance training including weight training in my workout to burn calories faster and have got amazing results. I lost 12kgs and have got my body in shape now.

    On and off yes. I'm a long distance runner and cyclist for fun. So my diet and workout are all over the place. Running/cycling season is over since its winter. Right now I'm just focusing on moving around everyday. I try to eat whole foods everyday.

    When I want to loose fat, I eat less cal than my BMR x activity level, and I eat enough proteins to maintain muscle mass. When I want to stay on my weight, I balance it. I workout 4 to 6 x/wk. 2x climbing and 2-3 x gym

    I try to workout 4 times a week. I will do a 45 minute HIIT session and try to work 3 body parts. Since i have been working again it has been inconsistent. I have a protein shake in the morning and try not to eat junk food.

    I don’t diet. I do callisthenics on alternate days and i progress each exercise when it becomes easy.
