Can somebody please explain these measurements for me?

Sure, as a 4’11” woman you should have about a 10% to 15% body fat so 38.2 is too high, anything under 10% is detrimental to health and especially pregnancy, but anything over 15% is too much and not healthy (optimally). As for your BMI (body mass index) anything between 18.5 to 29.9 is best for most women, and yours is right in the middle. So your BMI is fine. Your weight: For a woman of 4’11” the normal weight is between 94 to 123 lbs. With anything between124 and 147 lbs being considered overweight, and anything over 147.1 being obese. So your weight is a little high compared to the average, but my mother (a physician) tells me that due to the US population being overweight, that they use “average” but that doesn't mean that it is “optimal”, and you should subtract at LEAST 20% from the low average, and you get a clearer picture of where you should be, which for you is 98.2lbs (that is ideal weight). But as with anything medical, everyone has their own opinions, and mine should be taken with as much seriousness as anyone else’s. Just understand that there is no such thing as “healthy at any weight” that is rank propaganda. You would be well advised to speak with your physician about these results and ask her/him for any advice you need.
You are most sincerely welcome, Lexi. Take care and best of luck to you. You have WAAAY more courage than I, there’s no way I would ever have the ovaries to publish my weight, BMI & percentage of body fat! So I definitely commend you on that. But like I said, if you REALLY want to know what these numbers really mean for you personally, speak with your doctor. Again, good luck sweetie, and I hope you have the very best of holidays, surrounded by the people you love most.
Your BMI is your body mass index (weight in kg divided by your length in m squared). It is a rough measure of your body. Ideally it is between 20 and 25. You are 26.8, which is slightly overweight. The other measurements you typically get from a scale that measures your body content via electricity. Your fat free body weight is your weight without fat, so only bones, organs and muscle. Your total fat is 38.2 % which explains your higher BMI. To get a more healthy body, this should go down. The visceral fat is the fat around your organs. The subcutaneous, the one you can feel under your skin. Hope this helps
Indeed I can.
What has happened here is that you have decided to turn over power and control of your value to an app on your phone instead of making your own choices about your self worth, this is a mistake.
It is a misake which is no doubt being compounded by the fact that being abnormally short probably makes any data contained in that app complete and total garbage.
Does this app by anychance, perhaps in the small text of its terms and conditions for use say something along the lines of 'this app is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered to be a medical tool or advice'?
Are you heavy for your height?
Yes.
Are you likely carrying some excess fat?
Yes.
So assuming that this is not due to genetics or some malady then you presumably have a choice to either make lifestyle choices or not.
Regardless of whether or not you make lifestyle choices though you will need to return power over the assessment of your value to your own mind because if you dont find a way to love and validate yourself and be a positive and supportive influence in your life then it doesn't matter what your situation is or what the numbers on some test say, you will not be happy.
The measurements are from scales that are connected to an app on my phone.
An no the app and scales aren't for "entertainment purposes"
Also I'm not living my life through and app or have low self worth.
I'm trying to lose weight for my health not for any other reason. I just needed help understanding what the MEASUREMENTS mean.
Uh huh.
And you aren't asking your doctor or the creator of the app because?
