It's a lot like those who claim semen has tremendous nutritional value or is good for the complexion - more a ploy to convince women to swallow it or let a guy ejaculate in her face. So what if menses contains some nutrients found in the blood? It's still body waste, and the amount of nutritional value is miniscule. It's a lot like saying feces contains nutrients, and eating it will reclaim nutrients expelled during a bowel movement. If that's someone's thing, that's fine with me - but I want no part of it.
