What is your normal or regular temperature?

Mine is 97.6. When I first took it this morning, it was 96.0. Im sure the digital thermometer was not working properly then, but the 97.6 is what I always get at the doctor's office. Is yours also below what is consdiered normal? Just curious.

What you should keep in mind is that the body temperature differs slightly from one individual to another. Mine is relatively high, about 37°C (Celcius!), where the average temperature in humans is supposed to be actually around 36.8°C. My wife's average temperature was around 36.6°C. In women, the body temperature changes according their menstrual cycle, and gets higher when approaching their periods.
