What would you do if you found out your wife/girlfriend was killed while working out with her trainer?

In the video above, a woman attempts to squat 400lbs with her personal trainer by her side, monitoring her as she does it. When attempts to squat, the bar jerks forward onto her neck and slams down on top of her as her body folds out. She most likely died from a complete severing of her spinal cord at C3/C4.

What would you have done if you found out that your girlfriend/Wife had died while working out with her personal trainer?

I almost did a couple of times. I had 250lbs fall on my trachea neck throat esophagus blacked out for a few seconds.
