I need help about weight loss clinic Can you help me?

I discovered a slimming clinic called Slimmer and fitter in Turkey. They give treatment pretty cheap, and I find they're pretty good at it. Is there anyone who has received treatment from this clinic before, can you help me?

It’s better to make changes in your life to lose weight than pay money to have it surgically removed. Getting it surgically removed will eventually lead to it coming back because you didn’t make the changes in your habits

I guess it could help permanently, since having the fat elevates hunger signals, raises aromataze and all that.

I’ve lost weight. The reason why fat people are hungry more often is actually due to two things.

When you eat more your blood sugar levels are higher, thus everytime it drops it spikes hunger. Plus when you eat mote your stomach expands, allowing you to eat more food. Eating a greater volume of food also means higher amount of blood sugar.

I used to be fat, ultimately it comes down to the person’s will power and their devotion to actually losing the weight. If they cannot put the food down and pick up a dumbell or healthier food alternative instead. They never will get the body they want.

Joe Rogan made a very good point in his podcast when he had David Goggins on.

“Every single person wants to be in top physical shape, if there was a button that if pressed you’d get the body of your dreams. Every single person would press it.”
