No man, it is not bad that you care about your girlfriend's health, welfare, and beauty. YOu simply want the best for her and this is understandable. Be careful how you say it to her would be my suggestion. Walk or work out together etc... Make it a relationship building activity.

Not necessarily, try to not body shame her though and keep an open mind and understanding that people's weight and appearance, fluctuate a decent bit. Always promote healthy activity regardless, no reason not to take care of one's body or health as long as she joins willingly there isn't a problem
