How do you deal with getting older?

As a man being older by and large increases my value on the social and dating sphere provided I accumulate more experience assists, maturity and success.
Youth in men is not looked at favorably by women or by older men and is consciously or unconsciously as childish inexperience and immaturity.
Being a woman is the opposite in that youth is valued. It's not an opinionated statement given how many women chase back after it or try to prevent it from fading.
I believe both of the statements I made are true, but they are also solely based on what our Western 21st century has come to value. For men we have (arguably wrongfully) confounded hotness with beautiful. And for women tended to associate financial wealth and success with a high quality men. We should realize there is beauty in everyone and in different ways.
I think things get better with age... the whole bottle of wine scenario.
I find my life far less stressful now than say when I was in my 20's. I was worried about what people thought all the time, now, I just live my life the way I want, surround myself with good people (friends and family) that care about me, and vice versa.

do you really want to go back to college, being broke, struggling being a full-time student and working a part time job? do you want to go back to being paid significantly less, trying to gain respect at the workplace while everyone knows you are clueless? its human nature to look at what you don't have. you won't appreciate what you have until you lose it.
Yeah, I think this one flew over your head. lol
I personally love getting older. My life has only improved with age & I hope it only continues to improve.
I enjoy my life, I pursue my goals - if it be personal or professional, I keep being curious and learning. I simply enjoy life and make the best out every day.

Everything you said plus trying to stay aware of the latest trends and gadgets. Try to embrace new technology. Have some younger friends. Listen to new music. Use my life experiences to help others going through things I've dealt with or to answer questions about the past.
All what you said. Minus sex , I dont get any, so that's not helpful. But just anything that gets me moving and\or out of the house. I workout, just joined a fight club. Play hockey Saturday's. I do yoga in and off. Meditate, but haven't yet this year. Being with great friends. Being next to older people lol. Being me, being goofy and trying to enjoy life. Eating right, trying to sleep right. Don't think much about my age.
I focus on finding the happiness I try to create with my habits, profession, and foremost: my relationships.
Men get sexier as they age and women, unless they're just lucky, don't age well, so uhh, I guess just silently cry and hope you'll age gracefully and not like icky yellow custard lmao..
Embrace it. Our goal is to survive as long as possible. The older we get, the linger we have survived. Keep collecting those points.
Stay active and do the things you enjoy, and it won't seem that bad.
I started getting gray hair but learned how to reverse it. I tell others how to do it but they don't believe me. Probably why they still have gray hair...
Well, my life is like a routine. I just value each day and try to enjoy that in my own ways.
Always felt and acted older than I was, so it has never been anything to "deal with".
Lol feeling younger doesn't make you younger. Being young does. You're old and you missed the bus on family and love. Deal with your decision like an adult.
I do not see it as something I have to deal with. It is normal, natural, and unless I die inevitable.
I stay active and you’re only as old as you feel
There's no dealing with it. It's going to happen unless you want to die young.
I don't deal with it I just except it cause there is no way around
One day at a time.
I workout regularly and I don't act my age
I just embrace it. It beats dying young.
All of those things.
it seems you can't stop aging
Accept it
