The last time was when the 20 year old trainee in our company thought I was 23, then figured out my real age and went "OMG you're SOO old!" Hahaha
Or when we have new technical updates and I'm sitting their with my oldest colleague and don't get it at first
Or my employer measured my desk with his phone and somehow you can do that and I still don't get it, I would have used a measurement thing for it...
But I must say yesterday I sat with the over 30 year olds and felt young, cause I'm not ready to sit there and be mad about the trash...

I've gotten old quite a few times... lol
for example, around 19~20... when some little kids started to call me "sir" lmfao
-- or more recently, when a lot of the music I do like (from the early 90's and on) it is actually OLD music and many, perhaps most of the youngsters and kids don't even know what it is... lol
-- giving a lot of money to the government... that's starting to feel old already
physically though, I don't feel old at all and that's just because I'm really not, and I have not had two decades or so or terrible habits, I never had most of them and the few I got I did quit them, partially because I did not want to be like many other people I know within the range of my age and they actually need to plan on how to get up from bed and couches, lol
When you start urging less and feel like this world is bigger than you.
That you are unique but nothing makes you special in anyway.

I've been old since I was 7 😂
Many of my friends' parents have described me to my parents as: deep, thoughtful, mature, and an old soul.
I'm not sure when I accepted it. I've always been the boring one - methodical, structured, and having more "old-fashioned" values. I met my husband in 8th grade and was pretty much just set 😂 We dated in high school and college so I didn't have the stereotypical college experience like my friends and roommates. I remember them wanting to go out and party and thinking that I would literally rather die than stay out late lmao
* Please note that there is absolutely nothing wrong with having a more traditional college experience and I fully support everyone doing whatever [legal] things they want to do, those things just aren't for me.

When my niece said I looked like a grandpa one day
At 29, I got my first gray hair which was a total shock to me as I'd mentally prepared for okay you turn 40 and then go gray, but it was smack dab in the middle of my part staring me in the eye alerting me that the apparent aging process had begun, but even though I am now about to turn 40 and have way more gray hairs, I don't quite feel old which is good. No one has said the dreaded, "OMG, you're old!!!" I still thankfully get a surprised look of, "you're not actually 39 are you?!?" which I will hold on to for however long it lasts.
Sometimes it's a milestone birthday. Sometimes it's when some piece of technology I used growing up is not only obsolete but unknown. But mostly it's when younger people start working at my company and they're younger than my kids. That's when I feel old.
