How can I stop relapsing?

Im addicted to cocaine and many different pills. I decided to quit cocaine after overdosing on new years. I relapsed just a few days ago. I was doing so well. I haven't slept or ate anything since then and I can't stop using. I am afraid to get help. I don't have any family, or anyone that cares about me for that matter. I feel so alone. I don't want to die a drug addict.

probably need a support group.

you may just want to find Jesus to plug the hole in your heart. Still working for so many to this day.

and find a substitute for when you crave the drug, go do that... like run, bike, pushups, help someone in need, walk a dog, etc...

it's retraining the mind...
