What vitamin are low in my body?

I have a DR appointment tomorrow for blood work but this is driving me nuts!

Symptoms: both hands and fingers & arms go numb and tingles, chest pain (doesn’t hurt) but sometimes shortness of breathe, confusion/delirium for hours at a time, anxiety symptoms, panic mode, back & muscle pain. Muscles randomly crack and start to hurt.

Let's clear out the simple stuff first. A. Blood panels are not typically pulled for vitamin levels, other than Vitamin D especially for older patients. A2. If certain deficiencies ARE suspected, the doctor can order specific blood tests for those certain ones in addition to the usually blood panel. B. Muscles do not "crack". When people move certain joints in their body, they may hear a "pop" (fingers, especially are prone to this). This can be a bursal sac at the joint which is shifting from one side of the joint to the other. When it does so, the synovial fluid in the joint capsule "pops" as it shifts from one side of the joint to the other.

C. A far as numb fingers- if the outside edge of the ring finger plus the pinky are effected, then there could be an impingement of the medial nerve somewhere between the spine and the wrist (carpal tunnel) of that arm. If in the other fingers, it could be a pinched radial nerve being the problem. Dehydration can worsen the condition.

D. As far as the others, have a discussion with your doctor after the results of your blood panel come in, since those symptoms could be caused by any of a myriad of conditions.

Anyway, my 29 years of past experience as a Massage Therapist, College-Level Massage and Kinesiology Instructor, CPR Instructor, etc., has given me the insight to the possibilities I have mentioned above, some of which I even have, but you will need a doctor to make an official diagnosis of your condition (s), if any exist. Blood Panels help give the doctor insight as to the possible causes of certain conditions. (I actually have for my semi-annual blood tests next Monday or Tuesday, so I can sympathize).

You'll find all of that out after the blood work. It's probably not just vitamins that you're low on, but minerals too. You could also have low white or red cell counts, or low platelets. Your doctor will test for all of that. Make sure you get a wide spectrum analysis.

I have a few of those symptoms. I have numbness but that's from pinched nerves. My joints Crack from my " jell " deteriorating. I'm old so it's bound to happen. You are young. I wish you the best of luck tomorrow.

Don't rely on the opinions of random baggers, pay attention to your doctor, making sure you tell him all about your symptoms.
