How do you get your vitamins?

About 4 years ago I started taking a moringa supplement and I have to take folic acid b/c I've had anemia for almost 20 years.. I started taking a ginger supplement about 6 mos ago. I'm really weary about drugs now b/c I've had a seizure problem since I was about 14 years old and they put me on so many different meds in the past 20 years.. the only thing that is finally helping me is the marijuana! lol
I eat healthy (when I remember to eat), then I take multivitamins, C and D in pill form and fish oil straight of the bottle.
My diet is very varied and healthy so most of my vitamins come through that, but I do take a couple of supplements for vitamins and minerals which are difficult to acquire through food. I'm very picky about the supplements I used as the majority of mainstream supplements are just bulshit, and don't contain anywhere near the amount that you require and are horrendously overpriced.
I get them almost entirely from food sources. Liver (pork, beef, chicken) is one of my main weekly gotos to patch any micro deficiencies, but I also eat lots of kale and a variety of veg, prunes and raisins (mainly for boric acid), eggs, fatty fish, ultra-dark chocolate (88+% Cacao), etc.
The two supplements I take although not daily (depends on whether I feel short with the foods I ate that day) are boron citrate and whey protein. I try to avoid taking them though and generally don't more than half the times.

A, B, C, E, F, G. G- try to get some sun to ^ vitamin D production in addition to 2K IU /daily.
I mix a cheap A-Z multivitamin in with my protein shake, grinding it up.
That aside, I get in my regular snacks and just vary my meal, so maybe a combination of a few, but mostly through the multivitamin tablet that I crush up and mix with my protein shake.

My boyfriend makes sure I get all the vitamin D I need.
I eat an orange and a banana almost every day and right now I also eat 8-12 dried apricots every day.
I eat lots of healthy foods, fruits, and veggies. I don't like taking pills. There's really no way of knowing exactly what you're taking because companies intentionally mislabel and lie just to sell their products.
though a balanced (as possible) diet, day by day (mostly) homemade meals
Be careful I took Centrum for men over 55 for 3 months. My kindneys almost gone. 26 is when kidneys fail I was at 24 . Too close
I've a fairly good mixed diet so I don't believe I need supplements.
It's better to get them from food than supplements if possible
A combination of all of those. I honestly just take whatever is convenient
