How many times a month do you weigh yourself?

I weigh myself every morning so I can learn whether my diet is leading to weight gain or weight loss and make adjustments. I've done this enough that I know which foods trigger gain and loss. And its not a calorie truth, it seems hormone levels or ph levels and vitamins determine whether I lose or gain weight.

Not very often at all. I was in Physical Therapy for a shoulder injury last year so it was pretty regular then, but other than that occasionally I'll catch my weight when I step on the freight scale on the loading dock at work to get out of the way of the forklift.
