Rarely. I do have a good digital scale, but honestly, I can tell what I weigh, by how my clothes fit, and use that as a guesstimate' of what I weigh. Ideally, I like to stay around 138-140, which is a good weight for me and the best BMI, as I am 'small boned' and am 5-8"

Never anymore. I used to do it daily and it was not good for my mental health. I’m kind of losing weight naturally now that I’m not obsessing over it anymore.
I barely do it because I've struggled so long with my weight.. last time I weight myself I was 46 kgs (100 lbs) and I want to be 50 kgs (110 lbs) but I've tried for years and it doesn't work so what's the point lol😆 I'mma just live healthy..
Unless I'm trying to loose weight it will be weekly. I just don't like it when I have to use my doctor's office scales, I swear they lie

Every few months or so.
I eat the same kind of thing on the same days, so I tend to stay around the same weight.
Almost Everyday. In my profile pic I weighed 53 kg. I now weigh 49 kg.
Only when I see the Dr.. I don't have a scale here.
I'm trying to lose weight so it's everyday. It keeps me accountable and I can adjust my eating accordingly based on what I weigh that morning.
Weekly for the most part... give or take a day or two.
I don't weigh myself, I'm just very careful what I eat!
