I do it every day, completely naked after going to the bathroom, so I get the best, most consistent reading.
Normally every Sunday Morning... When I hopefully have my "Me Time" long soak in a hot and lovely smelling (bath bombs) bath, with beautiful fragrant candles... Pure ecstasy.

I made this mistake this morning...
In general, I assume as long as I can wear my clothes without a problem, everything is fine :D so I rarely step on the scale
But my trousers felt too loose, so I decided to check... I need to make an additional hole in my belt ffs... 5 pounds to gain back...Once a week- typically at the end (Fridays).
I have a personal trainer and he makes me weigh myself to see how I'm progressing. I hate to say it but... yeah, it works! Nothing like weighing yourself and seeing how fat you are to make you want to workout even more, LOL.

other than that... I don't have other reasons to be checking my weight, which has been fairly the same for the second half of my life, consistent Normally 1-2 times a day. Haven’t been on the scales in a few weeks tho. Found it was very unhealthy obsessing over it 🥴
Everyday when wake up after going to the bathroom. And also at night sometimes when I'm full & curious.
Every day. It helps to remind me of how much I've improved in getting to my goal weight. And if I've gone down, I'll have to eat a whole lot that day to compensate 🙃
Once in two-three days to control my weight, the lowest I’ve been in past 2 months was 47 kg and the highest 49 kg. I weighed the day before yesterday and I was 47 kg.
Rarely, with the exception of the year I was in physical therapy for a shoulder injury. I don't think I've actually weighed myself since then.
Used to be about once a month. Since I'm working on putting on weight, about every other day, and every morning after a long race (half marathon or longer).
