Hardly ever because I choose to focus on how I look and feel rather than the scale. I weighed myself a couple of weeks ago and although I weigh almost 10kg more than I did two years ago my body is so much nicer cause I’ve gained muscle.

Probably once a year. As I can't gain weight easily. I'm an ectomorph. I eat really well and since I tend to lose weight easily though something that I don't want. So, I eat a large portion of food. I eat in every few hours to make sure my clothes doesn't start getting loose, lol. So, I don't feel the need to weight myself often as my size remains the same.
Once a day. Typically 5-6 days a week on average: usually first thing in the morning after I wake up and use the bathroom. Supposedly it's recommended you only weigh yourself once a week due to your body fluctuating and changing so much-
Pfft, no. I used to be fat and grossly out of shape. I'll be damned if I let that happen again. I weigh regularly to keep myself accountable and keep the weight from creeping back on.Probably only once every couple of months, I've had a pretty stable weight for years. I mainly only monitor it due to my T1 diabetes. Although if at any point I feel my clothes are a touch tighter than normal (I like to wear quite tight figure hugging clothes) I'll jump on the scales to see if I need to up my workouts temporarily.
I have an unhealthy relationship with the scale so I stopped weighing myself after covid hit. I get weighed at the doctors. I did step on my home scale this morning tho. Having covid made me drop 16 pounds in the last 2.5 weeks.
Last time I weighed myself I was 98kgs.
First time I've been under 100Kgs in almost 4 years,
I dont exercise a great deal, I carry heavy objects for my work and walk around a great deal & sweat a lot, but that's the extent of my exercise, I still have a dad bod.I weigh myself as less as possible that too by hiding from mom otherwise she will give me extra food in dinner and lunch after knowing I weight 42-44 kgs. More dangerous if my grandma see it.
Now and then if I visit someone with a scale standing ready for someone to jump on it. Which is not so often, it is over a year since last time. Just curious if it changes, though it never really does so, only a couple of kg up or down.
Every 2-3 days
I gained about 26 lbs during the pandemic. Now I've lost most of that weight, but I'm afraid of gaining it back, so I check on my weight regularlyI don't waste my time.
My body fat stays at 11%.
And I can't put weight on, despite strength training for sometimes 5 times a week.
So I don't bother. When my phone beeps and tells me it is time, as it tracks exercise, and is linked to the scale itself to track it. This way I can check the app to see trends.
I stopped weighing myself a long time ago because I used to get depressed every time I got on the scale. I feel as long as I don't look like a morbidly obese blob, I'm fine.
once a day. although, once i get to my goal weight i'll only do it once a week or month or something like that.
Once a day usually just after I shower because there is a scale in my bathroom and it doesn't take much time to keep track of my weight
I may step on the scale every couple of weeks or so. I go more by what the tape measure reads around my waist. Even that hasn't changed much in over 10 years now.
Mainly a Few Months before Going on a Trip. xxoo
