How? Too much food that the stomach can't expand to fit.
Love your metabolism I'm happy for mine especially since it'll stay fast when I'm older.
You may miss your fast metabolism when you're 40.

i've stopped weighing myself since I was 11. I don't think the numbers are important. it's how you look that's more important. just as long as you look good..fit & healthy

Once a month maybe. I'm 175 and nearly all muscle. I have a slight stomach but I don't want a six pack anyway. I'd rather do other stuff with my time then workout unless it is sexercise. :D

The scale in my house has lost it's marbles and reads everyone's weight significantly lower than it is. By at least 20%. So I never weigh myself at home but if I'm in a friend's house and see a scale in the bathroom I'll hop on it. But I measure myself at least once a week.it helps me be motivated to lose some inches and eat healthier. I eat pretty healthy to start but I want to lose some inches and a few pounds too if I can

+1 yNot very often. It'll be random...like if my mom had the scale out or something. I don't the numbers on a scale is all that important because two people of the same age and sex could have different weights, yet still be healthy. I always hear girls my age weight 125lb or less. I weight 10lb more than them because of my height and I've been playing soccer since I was four. I've gone to the doctor multiple times and they always say I'm in the right weight area.

+1 yI usually weigh myself every day, but it's kind of dumb. My weight does NOT want to change. I can work out and eat healthy, and I will even get more toned and look thinner but my bodyweight stays about the same. Go figure.

Its relatively easy for me to gain, but I don't eat so much junk food, and rarely eat fast food, so I'm not super concerned with weight gain. I do eat a lot of fruit, and if anything, I eat a decent amount of meat, so maybe a little concerned but I don't gain a ton.
i haven't weighed myself in years...my mother threw out the scale cause she could see that she gained weight so then she would have to diet,and that means no ice cream-BAAD

i used to weigh myself daily about 3 months back. But I decided to stop because I was getting obsessed with my weight. I no longer weigh myself. I just try to eat healthy and exercise.
