I recently got a 2nd shift to try out. I can deal with the hours but it’s starting to weigh me down a little bit. I work 4pm-2:30am. Yesterday I looked in the mirror and saw I had bags under my eyes and I was just drained out

I work 3pm - 12am. I usually go to bed around 2 - 2:30 deprnding on where I'm coming from since I don't work at one location. And I get up between 9am and 10am depending on where I need to go. I rarely get enough sleep throughout the workweek. No matter how tired I feel when going to bed, it's still not enough to feel fresh in the morning. But I make up the lost hours by sleeping in on weekends. I sleep until at least noon on Saturday and Sunday. Is it healthy? No. Experts say that it's best to go to bed and get up at the same time all week and to get enough sleep every night. This is not possible for everyone though. I love my job, but not the hours.
Me staring at this at almost 5 am lol
