Should I just starve myself?!?

Alright maybe I'm being dramatic... but I have been eating healthy meals and exercising and I'm down to a good weight but I still feel BIG. I have thick arms and a wide back and my legs look like stubby tree trunks, what can I do to get really lean? I'm considering greatly restricting my calories or maybe even fasting . What are work outs/sports that will burn fat but won't gain muscle?
