What should i do if i feel like i need to be very careful in what i do/words i spoken, i dont want my wrong actions causes my partner to leave me?
Pls anyone help, this is not due to my partner… it’s just that i’m afraid… because im so grateful of meeting my partner and i dont wanna waste this opportunity…
So everytime i feel like making a wrong action/words i’ll punish myself by hitting/scratching myself…

You should go to a counselor to work through this. Perhaps he can work you tgrough the worry and anxiety you are experiencing

No, this is anxiety based. You’re careful around what you say and do due to your own fears of ruining the relationship, even though your partner has done nothing to cause you to feel this way based on what you said.
