They're not, talk to your doctor before buying some vitamins.. especially vitamins that are being promoted from some influencers!

They are not. Dr. Genovese, my Diagnostician, told me you should never take a vitamin supplement without a Doctor Prescribing it to you, even though they are sold over the counter.

Multivitamins are for people who have multiple vitamin deficiencies. I have too much iron and too much calcium, so I cannot take a multivitamin or it will KILL me.

It’s not necessary, and on top of that you got to do research and know which one is actually good because not all multivitamins are created equal. Choosing the right food to eat also produces the same results if not better than multivitamins. it’s mainly for supposed to be a supplement not a replacement.

They aren't unless you have a major vitamin deficiency. Taking them too much, especially if you don't have said deficiency, can damage your kidneys and other organs.
