Refusing someone based on no recent medical records?

Since so many have taken the covid-19 vaccines, I am requiring recent std lab reports and proof of vaccine from potential partners regardless of whether they're vaccinated or not/ having sex or not.

What are my rights?

I've been single and celibate 11 years and just getting back out here after being single since 2014. I don't have sex with people without their medical records.

They always the option of asking someone else and you can remain alone. Unless, you are tested for std every 3 months and carry your medical results around like a porn star.

Nobody cares about your celibate claim unless it means to warn people to stay away from you. If you ask for a recent STD record then you better have one yourself and willing to go raw without condom. Otherwise, you will come off as someone crazy.
