Only? Well technically it's possible. You'd need to be counting your calories and be very strict with what you eat. For the exercise, I don't know how much it's true, but apparently your core is something you can work on every day, where as for everything else you'd need to let the muscles recover.
You could look into cardio exercises that don't consist of running or walking. Exercises like brupees, jumping jacks, squat jumps or jogging in place.
Weight loss is accomplished more with diet than exercise. Muscle weighs 8X what an equal volume of fat does. You might lose inches but gain weight.

Allow one day to rest otherwise you're gonna start getting cramps abd you're gonna end up having to stop altogether for a while. But on that rest day you can do other muscular group
