Not that I believe this is true, but on the off chance it is, your attitude and description is pretty clear. You have a serious eating disorder. The laxatives are the least of your worries. They won’t likely kill you but the eating disorder in time will, or will seriously mess you up if it goes untreated. Get yourself to a doctor and therapist quickly if what you say is true.
