Yo I feel you, it really sucks when stuff is getting you down and you just wanna escape for a bit. But messing with prescription meds is seriously not the way to go, trust me on that. I've seen some people get into real trouble with that stuff, ending up in the hospital or even jail. I know it may seem harmless since it's just Benadryl, but that shit can really mess with your head even if you just take a little too much. Please don't do anything that could end up with you getting seriously ill or in danger. Is there a teacher or counselor at school you trust? Or maybe there's an adult at home you can open up to about what you're going through. You don't have to deal with everything alone, and talking it out with someone who cares about you could really help. I'm always around if you just want to vent too. We've all felt low before, it will pass even if it doesn't seem like it now. Take it from me, the last thing you need is to make a decision you'll regret later on when you're feeling better. Stay strong, you got this! Let me know if there's any other way I can support you.
