I was very fat for the past 15 years. Although today im not as fat as i once was but still fairly fat. I was 280 pounds at one point in my life. But before the pandemic i started going to the gym and got myself down to 230 pounds. But then the pandemic hit and i went up to 250 pounds again. I have been trying to diet for the past month and got myself down to 242 pounds again. Im fairly a dumb person and a collage drop out. But i wonder if i got myself down to a healthier weight if i could become smarter what do you think?
It won't necessarily make you smarter, but it can help in habits and behaviors that would lead to increased intelligence.
Losing weight would give your body more energy, you wouldn't feel as tired, and could therefore focus better and stay awake for longer periods with no rest (which would be beneficial for studying sessions). Feeling happier with your body would lead to increased confidence, which would make you feel more secure in your ability to study and learn, so you'd be more willing to put yourself through the process of schooling. Having a higher confidence might also improve your social life, which could lead you to being more willing to improve yourself for those people's sake, and also give you people to study and learn with. Etc. etc.
