HELP how do I cure stop tooth & jaw pain?

the pain stopped for 2 wks once I took this mouthwash medicine from the dentist for my bleeding gums gingivitis. but that medicine u can only take 2 wks then stop it one month then take it last time for one week more. the pain returned & I want cry it’s all day nonstop.

I went to a dentist for checkup & cannot return as I need pay $350 for a deep cleaning. But it’s 2 deep cleanings & the nurse lied said I need wait a month for insurnace cover it then I call & now she changes story & says I need pay 350 first & they won’t have insurance cover it & forcing me pay money only.

I cannot afford pay anything right now so maybe til December I can pay for the dentist all the issues I have 😞

Antibiotics help temporarily but aren't a long term solution. There is no effective medication against periodontal disease or periodontitis, gingivitis just a symptom. The only way is to get rid of the source or sources of bacterial inflammation (extraction) and strengthen of your immune system (Vitamin D, E, K and zinc as micro element can help a little bit)

It's permanent inflammation beneath gums of some of your teeth that weakens the bone structure. Panoramic jaw radiography is necessary to see which teeth are affected.

In case bone changes aren't too severe local antibiotic injections and antibiotic treatment helps sometimes. Removing calculus and putting special lacquer on exposed roots helps with symptoms for month or two but does not cure the reason.
If you have slight pain sometimes, use mouthwash several times a day even without using a tooth brush until you have money for another dentist.

Just a warning about deep cleanings or any dental procedure where the gum line get's broken. When that happens, bacteria can get in your bloodstream and cause a mitral valve replacement surgery on your heart.
Ask for antibiotics for such procedures.
As far as finding a dentist - if you have a University near by that has a dental school, you can try to get in for a much cheaper price.

You need to find a place that can see you free or reduced cost. I didn't and lost all my teeth. All. That's how it happened, I couldn't get cavities treated.

Medical insurance usually doesn't cover dental. If you have dental insurance, great go to a covered dentist, otherwise do like I said, lookup "Medicaid dental services" near you. They should list dentists that do either free or reduced for poor people without dental insurance.

The infection is probably coming from your teeth get the deep cleaning then they'll probably give you some antibiotics for the infection but first you have to get rid of what's causing it
