My hand is shaking after lifting heavy objects for a home installer, will this heal?

This morning my dad and I lifted a bunch of heavy objects into another room cause we have a heater change soon and we don’t want to be billed extra if we get the work crew to move everything out the way first. Now my hand is twitching a little bit, will this go back to normal soon?

You should be fine don't worry! That happened to me all the time back when I took rock climbing classes. It just means your muscles are exhausted, basically. As long as you don't keep pushing it before they have any chance to cool off, definitely no harm should be done.

If you didn't damage any nerves or tendons then it should be fine. Sometimes your body will be in pain when post lifting weights. It will take a day or 2 but make sure you stretch your hands
