Why do I keep getting so many yeast infections?

I have good hygiene and I wash with mild, soap-free cleanser everyday. I also wear cotton underwear so everything can breathe well. I’m practicing all the best habits for vaginal health and yet I still get yeast infections every few months. What is wrong with me?

Take maximum liquids

Avoid oily food and junk food

Never make physical relation without protection

Are you putting soap in your vagina? Also, chronic yeast infections could be caused by diabetes.

No, I only wash my vulva and use a soap-free cleanser. I know to never put soap or scented products up there.

You're most likely allergic to WHEAT / GLUTEN

I know this from an ex who found out she was gluten sensitive / Pre-Celiac. She constantly got yeast infections until she went completely Gluten Free diet
