Just say woman problems from down south... Most of us men are programmed to be like "Go! Get the fuck outta here! I don't want to hear about it!"

If your boss is a female she might ask questions though... but damn, she's a nasty woman if she has no compassion for you to handle your woman problems.

If all fails, you could do my method of getting what I want... make it gruesome and disgusting. I have no shame... If I need a 30min break I tell them I think I'm about to shit myself and have to use the bathroom. For something like your issue, I'd say "Look, this chick sucked my junk too hard and I have massive amounts of blood dripping out non-stop, I gotta go see the dick doctor."

Can't you just take a sick day off or a half sick day? Say it's for a medical reason.

The company must have some policy for medical appointments.

If its an emergency, then go to the appointment and check with HR later about the policy.

He may also be reasonable. If you tell him you have a medical appointment (you do NOT need to tell him what its for) he may let you make up the time
