My boss invited to see me in his office and then invited me again on Wednesday because he left early why?

I feel like my boss has some feelings for me as he invited me to see him at his office although I quit. However shortly after he came he was asked to leave because he had a cold. Then he told me he was sorry we couldn’t spend more time and that I could come on Wednesday if I want. Prior to that he would be kind of flirty when we talked and I think at a dinner he looked at me flirtiously as well. Since he was sick tho he hasn’t made real moves besides inviting me to his office. I’d he just being nice because I’m leaving or does he want to flirt more?

He’ll probably try to put the moves on you. But hey, there’s always a chance he’ll mention giving you a good recommendation if someone else wants to hire you. Just be careful and prepare an exit strategy if things go south.

No I quit completely. From what I see he is single

Well I would like to have coffee with him at least. But as you said he only invited me to the office and then he had to leave because he was sick. He offered to visit him again at the office today and i said we’ll see. Obviously I didn’t go. I just messaged to see how he was and he said he was better. However now the conversation reached a dead end so I don't know if anything is possible at this point
